Sharing

We share information only where necessary: with payment providers used to take payment, and where we are legally required to disclose it. Engineers attending your site receive only the details needed to complete the work.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept while they remain relevant. Job, warranty and invoice records are retained for as long as required to honour warranties and to meet accounting and legal obligations.
